Starting points, not ceilings
Public prices are starting prices in EUR. The written proposal and agreed scope confirm the final fee, deliverables, schedule and applicable taxes before work starts. No work begins on the basis of a public price alone.

Scoped by proposal
Scope and changes
The proposal defines the pages, content, integrations, milestones, revision rounds and acceptance criteria included in the fee. New pages or sections, redesigns, languages, integrations, business logic and urgent out-of-hours work require written approval and a separate quote.
Included support covers content or image swaps, minor style adjustments, CMS guidance, defect fixes and consultation within the stated hours and period. Time is tracked in 30-minute increments; unused hours expire. BITAN does not promise unlimited revisions or unlimited support.
Payment
Unless the signed proposal states otherwise, the standard schedule is 50% on signing, 30% at design or milestone approval, and 20% before launch or final handover. Invoices are due by the date shown on the invoice. Work may pause while an overdue invoice remains unpaid.
Delivery and acceptance
The client supplies timely content, approvals, access and decisions identified in the scope. Client delay moves dependent milestones by the length of the delay and may require a revised schedule or quote. A deliverable is accepted when the client confirms approval or does not identify a material, scope-based nonconformity within the period stated in the proposal.
Hosting and third-party costs
Twelve months of basic hosting may be included when the proposal says so, on best-effort infrastructure without a guaranteed uptime SLA. Domains, paid CMS or platform plans, licenses, back-end services, databases, media, translation, specialist services and other third-party costs remain the client's responsibility and require approval where they are not already in scope.
Ownership
After the full fee and approved expenses are paid, BITAN transfers the client-specific deliverables identified in the agreement. BITAN retains its pre-existing tools, methods, reusable components and know-how. Third-party assets transfer only under their applicable licence, and client-supplied material remains the client's responsibility.
Agreement controls
These public terms are a commercial summary, not a substitute for a signed proposal or services agreement. The signed agreement controls if it sets a different scope, schedule or payment arrangement.
